Sole proprietors (single owner firms) make up the largest class of CPA firms and face difficult leadership issues while having limited support and resources. Attending this customized retreat enables you to surmount the challenges you face in strategic planning, succession planning, and staffing; workload compression, allocating your limited capacity, and customer selection, retention and evaluation; dealing with complex issues such as technical review, expanding regulatory issues, and technology impacts, and other challenges of operating as a sole owner.
This unique program provides sole proprietors with the benefits enjoyed by larger firms in the form of a formalized and productive "partner retreat" and is offered in an intensive two day format.
In order to personalize the retreat, you spend one-on-one telephone time with the retreat leader prior to the event. You will also complete an in-depth questionnaire to determine what the most significant topics are for you; the participants set the agenda. All participants agree to express confidentiality in order to promote openness and attendance is limited to ensure overall effectiveness of the retreat.
