    Retreat Leader
    Brenda Richter, CPA has almost 24 year of experience working in public accounting with small and closely held businesses.  She started her career with a sole proprietor, and has always been most comfortable in that environment.  She has her own firm in Santa Barbara where she specializes in working with small business owners helping them achieve their vision of success.  In addition, Ms. Richter teaches accounting classes at Santa Barbara City College and Antioch University.  She is a member os the Principa Alliance.  Ms. Richter has a BS in Accounting from Loyola Marymount University.
